Hello, I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotheraphy) registered and accredited counselling psychotherapist working in private practice. I am also a Mindfulness teacher and run MBCT/ MBCL courses. I offer both 1-1 therapy and couple counselling online, by telephone or face to face.
